We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for ‘Placemaking Project of the Year’ award for Finzels Reach at the 2024 South West Insider Media awards. Finzels Reach is a landmark Bristol City Centre scheme which has bought together over a decade of investment culminating in over 2,500 people living and working at Finzels Reach. With over 700 homes and +400,000 sq. ft. of new office space it has become a magnet for the public and tourists with 30,000 sq. ft. of shops, restaurants, a micro-brewery and a 168 -bedroom new Premier Inn hotel.

The final phase incorporated Halo, a commercial development designed to provide the highest quality accommodation to the highest specification with energy efficiency and sustainability considered a priority throughout.

Millwrights place, the second 297 apartment BTR development at Finzels Reach, and Coopers Court, a 66 apartment shared ownership and social housing development.
